Born out of delivering interiors projects for our sister company, Northern Property Partners, Changing Spaces offers specialist interiors for investment properties such as HMOs, serviced apartments and buy-to-let properties.
With over 10 years' combined experience, the Changing Spaces team is dedicated to providing a tailored and personal approach to every client and property investor. Providing sophisticated and stylish solutions, we aim to deliver a superior quality interior that both client and tenant will love.

Abbie Clark
General Manager
Abbie is the General Manager at Changing Spaces. She has had years of management experience before joining and had been successful in roles in many sectors. She achieved a 1st class honours degree in Leeds, in business and management and is a highly organised and driven individual.
Having joined the company as PA to the MD of Northern Property Partners, she has a wide understanding of all aspects of the NPP group. She now oversees and co-ordinates all Changing Spaces projects including interior installations for HMO, Serviced Apartments, Buy to Lets and home staging, whilst also keeping a close eye on the back office for Northern Property Partners and the organisation of it's many procedures.
Abbie has completed home staging and interior design courses and on the back of that has managed to create 7 design concepts (See our portfolio page)
Hannah Aspinall
Director
Hannah has come from a successful career in pharmaceuticals, where she often got top sales awards over numerous companies and successive years. Her drive and tenacity within this field proved to be something that followed her when focusing on growing a portfolio, for her and her family. Having already owned her first HMO at a young age, it was an easy progression for her to get into investing on greater levels.
Co-founding Northern Property Partners with Mike Aspinall, her focus within the businesses is to source properties, including HMO and BTL, and design the interiors of each HMO.
With an impressive HMO property portfolio across Leeds and Wakefield, her aim has always been to offer the highest quality living for young professionals. With the exciting growth of Northern Property Partners, and the need to cater for all aspects of investing, NPP Interiors was formulated. NPP Interiors has become a huge success and has created the ability for each investor to have a truly hands off, peace of mind, investment.
